I was waiting a couple months after purchasing a vehicle to see how the vehicle worked out. My son and I worked with Carlos. He was very patient with my son purchasing his first car. Carlos was very nice explained everything and was honest. The process was very fast unlike other dealerships where you're there all day long. My son purchased a 2016 Nissan Note with only 42,000 miles on it for $13,000. The car has been great no issues. *They tell you that every vehicle comes with a warranty and tint, but you do pay for that. The only complaint I had was that the vehicle was dirty, dirty headrest from somebody's dirty greasy hair, and was not cleaned up on pick up, they said it was going to be a couple days to get the vehicle cleaned. I asked for a tint strip on the top of the windshield they said it was going to be $65 and we had to pay for it. I called around and tint shops only charge $35, opted to get it done ourselves. They wouldn't even budge since I didn't even negotiate the price of the vehicle. They said the vehicle was priced right. Overall it was a great experience I was looking at purchasing another vehicle from them but their location at pantano and Speedway is gone!
